At Woodcraft, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted furniture and home decor. If your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original wood-crate or reinforced cardboard packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior and schedule a convenient home pickup with our specialized furniture logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our workshop, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
