How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?
Since many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom dimensions or bespoke designs?

How should I care for and maintain my wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. To maintain the finish, use a high-quality wood wax every 6-12 months and avoid placing items in direct sunlight or near extreme heat sources.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
